Badgers Den is a lovely self contained studio which is beautifully furnished. It has a well equipped kitchen, luxurious bathroom and a comfy king size bed. It has a lovely warm and cosy feel and set in a peaceful rural location. A 10-minute walk will take you to Par beach, pub and the South West coastal path and it’s only 2.5 miles from Fowey & Eden Project. You'll have everything you need here for a great stay and in a fantastic location to explore the surrounding area and the whole of Cornwall. Tea & coffee, milk, biscuits, shampoo, shower gel and towels are all provided. Outside seating, BBQ & free parking and even a warm dog shower! Badgers Dens is a wonderful rural retreat. Perfect at anytime of the year! A big comfy king size bed, double sofa bed, central heating, luxurious power shower, heated towel rail in the ensuite, shampoo & shower gel provided, a well equipped kitchen with tea, coffee, biscuits, pint of milk and filtered water awaits. There is outside space with table and chairs the use of a charcoal bbq and you can pick your own apples in late summer as we have many apple trees! It is situated at the end of a farm track surrounded by fields. A lovely peaceful location between Fowey and Par. You can park right outside the front door and a sensor light will come on when it gets dark. There is a step down to the front door and a step up into the living/bedroom and a step down into the ensuite! We are dog friendly (2 dogs) but ask that their paws stay on the floor and not on the furniture. We have an hand held shower outside for washing muddy boots and dogs and is also great for washing off your wetsuit! The wonderful historic port of Fowey is a 2.5mile drive or a 6 mile walk around the coastal path (or 3.5 miles if you take a short cut inland)! Your able to take a boat trip from Fowey to Mevagissey in the summer months or you could hire and captain your own boat through the harbour! Polkerris is a short walk around the coastal path, a beautiful small harbour and beach with a pub and a restaurant and beach café, the perfect place to watch the sun go down. The famous Charlestown is a 5 mile walk on the coastal path or a 15 min drive. Its featured in many films and is one of Poldarks filming locations. The Eden Project is 2.5 miles away, the lovely working port of Mevagissey is 11 miles, Truro 20 miles, Looe 20 miles, Padstow 24 miles, Falmouth 30 miles. Staying here is a fantastic base as nowhere in Cornwall is more than 1.5hrs drive away. Par is a mainline train station, so getting around even without a car is very easy. There is a range of activities nearby, Woody's Bike Park, a down hill mountain bike park is half a mile away (for adrenaline junkies), kayak hire is available in Fowey as well as sailing and there are a couple of Golf courses and Spas within a couple of miles. Bodmin is 11 miles away, here you can get on the Camel Trail and cycle to Wadebridge and Padstow or a little easier...you could drive to Wadebridge and cycle to Padstow - a lovely flat ride approx 6 miles (one way). You are able to hire cycles at Wadebridge. In Fowey there is an abundance of boutique independent shops as well as Seasalt, Fat Face, Joules and lovely selection of Cafes, restaurants, pubs, delicatessen's, tapas restaurants, fish and chips and pasty shops! In Par (1/2 mile away) you will find a Co op, Spar, Chinese take-away, fish and chip shop, fruit and veg shop, doctors surgery and a couple of miles further you will find St Austell, a large town with all major supermarkets and shops. There is always something going on locally but here are a few of the main events in Fowey:- In May the Art and Literature Festival is on, inspired by the famed author Daphne du Maurier, who spent many years living in and around Fowey. June sees the Royal Cornwall Show in Wadebridge (30 min drive). August sees the Fowey Royal Regatta, a week long of festival activities daily and live music on the quay in the evening. November/December brings the Christmas markets, with festival entertainment, food and drink and an opportunity to pick up some local Christmas gifts. All of these events are fantastic! You really need to sample them all! There are many walks nearby, coastal and woodland, I have given a few ideas in the information guide in the apartment. There is so much to see and do, one visit won’t be enough! Badgers Den will be ready for you anytime after 2pm, but If you would like to arrive early, just let me know... you are more than welcome to leave your car on the driveway and go off exploring by foot. You will have access to the front driveway so by leaving your car you won't cause any problems. The table and chairs at the front of the apartment catches the afternoon/evening sun, it’s a lovely place to sit and listen to the birds and watch the bats at dusk and if you’re lucky, listen to the owls.....there are tawny and barn owls nearby. The female tawny (calls the male a t’wit and the male replies w’hoo?), barn owls just make a short screech sound :) There is information in the apartment for walks etc and we are happy to offer any recommendations for attractions, places to eat etc and are also happy to leave you alone to enjoy your stay! We love to meet our guests and are on hand to answer any questions but equally appreciate that you may want to be left alone to enjoy your holiday! Our house is set in a quiet rural area situated at the end of a farm track surrounded by fields. A lovely peaceful location between Fowey and Par. Plenty of birds, rabbits and foxes and bats frequent the area. Par Sands Beach is a 10-minute walk away along with the south-west coastal path. The Eden Project and other local attractions are only a short drive away. There is a pub within walking distance at the bottom of the hill, major super markets are only a short drive, a local coop only 1 mile, along with your favourite takeaways. If you would like to arrive by train then we will happily collect you from the train station. Par is a main line station, so getting here is very easy. There is a bus stop at the bottom of the hill with regular buses in either direction. If you would like to bring you dog, please bring their own bedding and dog towels. We also ask that the dogs are not allowed on the furniture and are not left on their own in the apartment. There is a grassed area nearby that can be used for morning & evening jobs but as its not secure your dog will need to be kept on the lead. We ask that you please be responsible and pick up any jobs (big or small)! There is a dog shower (hot and cold) at the front of the apartment for muddy paws,boots and wet suits, we would be very grateful if this is used so we can keep the apartment looking immaculate for everyone. The Annexe at Pentire is a cosy self-contained modern and clean space, perfect for couples. Located in a quiet residential area. Off road parking, private entrance with keylock for arrivals. A sunny courtyard providing a lovely seating area. TV & WIFI. Guest tray- teas, coffee, hot chocolate & biscuits. Kettle & small fridge containing bottled water and milk. 5 minute walk to fistral (the famous uk surf beach) 2 minute walk to the Gannel (tidal estuary) 10 minute walk to an active town centre.

Welcome to the Studio, a lovely self-contained annex with superb coastal location in the seaside village of Porthtowan & good access to the A30 and W. Cornwall. The Studio is attached to our home but has its own entrance, parking space & small private deck. Overlooking Porthtowan’s ‘Blue Flag’ award winning sandy beach & surfing destination, the beautiful SW coast path & many amenities are right on the doorstep, so no need to drive anywhere. It is the perfect base for a short break or holiday.

A short walk into the beautiful city Truro. Excellent choice for business or pleasure . Cosy Nook is located via a private gate with self check in and check out. Stylish & well decorated Superfast wifi, microwave, coffee machine, breakfast items, kettle & TV. On street digital permit parking available. Quiet & peaceful.

Peaceful annexe on an old farmhouse

Bolitho Barton is a historic farmstead in the wild centre of the peninsula, yet within easy reach of both the north and south coastlines. The Annexe is a cosy modern space adjoined to the old farmhouse, with its own conservatory and garden. There is an open-plan kitchen/dining/sitting room and an additional spacious conservatory which can be used for dining or just as another sitting area. The two bedrooms can be arranged as a twin room and a king-size double, or as two king-size doubles.

Self-contained chalet (close to Fistral Beach)

The Chalet is under a 10 minute walk to Fistral Beach & a 5 minute walk to Newquay town centre! It is situated at the end of our home garden with separate access through the side gate to come and go as you please & a private patio/garden area for yourself to use. There is easy access parking (1 car) in our spacious driveway. You may see us and our teenage puppy in the garden at some point, so feel free to say hi! Always happy to give activity recommendations around Newquay and Cornwall!:)

We are in a quiet residential area, just 12 minutes walk downhill to St Ives centre, its fabulous art galleries such as ‘The Tate St Ives’, the many independent shops, bars, restaurants & all of St Ives 5 stunning beaches. We are a 2 minute walk to the world famous ‘Leach Pottery’. The South West coast path & Penwith Moors, both areas of outstanding natural beauty are close by.

Seahorse cottage annex.

Seahorse cottage has a one double bedroom annex with its own bathroom and private entrance. There is parking for one car in front of the garage. It is close to the harbour and beaches. (see map). A hop across the road to the Newquay golf club and the start of the pedestrian path that bisects the course ending at Fistral beach. The harbour is a few hundred yards down the hill and gives access to Towan beach. There is a key safe for your convenience.

We are 2 mins walk from Newquay Activity Centre if booked in for any of their courses. Everything you could possibly want and more from a stay in Newquay is right on the doorstep.

Escape and unwind in our modern, comfortable, self contained annexe. We are situated in a quiet residential street in beautiful Lusty Glaze on the outskirts of Newquay. Newquay's town centre with its array of bars, restaurants and stunning surf beaches are all within easy walking distance. The award winning Lusty Glaze beach (Sunday Times 2017 Best Beach) is less than a 10 minute walk away. We consider our annexe ideally suited to quiet couples.

A brand new bright and airy studio annex, with off road parking for 1 car and more on the road. The annex is beautifully decorated with a king size cosy bed, that then leads to the private outside space. There is a fully fitted kitchen with dishwasher. A smart TV and WiFi. You have your own private entrance, which is where you will find the key safe. There are sliding doors to a private outside space, which has cosy chairs and a BBQ.
