We are an owner-occupied multi-generational Newporter (+ 1 dog from Tennessee) home. LGBTQ+ friendly. We know the vegan spots if you need them. All are welcome!

Situated on Easton's Point, brand new ocean front tiny house looks across to Mansion Row with access to a rocky beach for lounging, swimming, or fishing. The property is close to downtown Newport & ideally located between three beaches. The cozy unit has a queen bed, full bath & kitchenette with coffee maker, fridge, and toaster oven. Our wonderful chalet, close to the water, and a private beach within a 5 min walk, is an ideal escape destination for any couple or family. Our open A-framed home has 3 bedroom, 2 bath, with a jacuzzi and comfortable beds and linens. It's well prepared for families. We have beach gear along with a backyard with a picnic table and large Weber grill. Our place is a 4 min drive from Historic Wickford with great restaurants. We are sure you will love our vacation home as much as we do!
