Ocean Front.The whole first floor 3b/2b condo is your private residence. Walk off the patio onto the boardwalk and the sand! 2 blocks from the pier / Main Street with quaint shops & restaurants. Remodeled, new appliances, wood floors, in unit laundry, 1 car garage, bbq. Seal Beach is a family destination with surf, sun, shopping and entertainment with fun things to do every season of the year. We live in the upper unit with our kids so you may hear some early morning pitter patter. :)

Beach Bungalow

Located just one home from the surf and sand. One block from the Newport Beach Pier, restaurants and entertainment. Recently remodeled with a new kitchen and appliances, stone bathroom, hardwood floors, queen size bed. TV in living room and master bedroom, pull out couch, patio furniture and a bbq. One car attached garage with washer and dryer. Two private patios. Single level, no stairs. There is no smoking inside or outside of the property. We prefer 7 day bookings; Saturday to Saturday.

My Newport Place

It will only take about 30 seconds to walk to the sand from our unit. It is also centrally located near Vons, a liqueur store, several nice restaurants and fast food. A Subway, a donut shop and a coffee shop are at the end of the street. Our kitchen and garage are very well stocked. You will have much more in this kitchen than in the average rental, similar to your kitchen at home. In the garage we have bikes, boogie boards, unbrellas, beach chairs, children's toys and more.

Walking distance to Convention Center, the Pike and the Aquarium, and a few minutes from the Cruise Terminal/Queen Mary, this luxury 1-bed/1-bath condo has a separate living & dining room; bathroom, and sectional that folds out to a queen sized bed. Steps to beach. Super easy access to LA and Orange County with public transit. It is street parking only which is very tough. Recommend no car or overnight parking at nearby hotel. Unit has forced air conditioning/heating.
