Quiet top floor flat, five minutes from the Metro. Very convenient for the Universities and just a short walk from Wylam Brewery.🍻 No cleaning fee, free parking. Not suitable for children or for people who make a lot of noise. Definitely no parties. Please respect the other people who live in this building - especially at night! The Oaks is attached to our home. It has its own private entrance from the outside and internal doors are locked. It is an ensuite room set out like a hotel room. PLEASE NOTE THIS IS OUR FAMILY HOME AND IS NOT SUITED FOR A ROMANTIC/ PASSIONATE NIGHT AWAY BUT FOR GUESTS WANTING A PEACEFUL GETAWAY.. Wooden stairs lead up to this first floor bedroom that has its own decked area with outside furniture to enjoy the fantastic views.

This self contained set up is ideal for those working in the area or for singles or couples wanting an overnight stay for a reasonable price in Newcastle. Located just off the A1 to the north of the city, it is situated in a quiet residential family area and has ample free street parking nearby. Consisting a large double bedroom, a kitchenette with basic cooking facilities and a large bathroom with bath and separate shower.

This Pied a Terre is next door to St Mary's Chapel and Jesmond Dene. It's a 5 minute stroll to lovely places for breakfast, drinks or an evening meal. Parking is available and there is easy access to motorways both north and south.
