Cute, clean, and bright! Steps to the beach. Walking distance to Chases famous raw bar and many other shops and restaurants. Queen size bed in private bedroom with a pull out couch in the living room. Kitchen is attached to the living room giving it an open floor plan. There is a common area in the back that has the laundry facility as well as a grill. Guest must provide their own propane. The washer and dryer are free but also available to others so please do not leave clothes unattended.

Seaside bungalow

This is a cozy apartment right across the street from the beach in a great area in walking distance to a bar, breakfast and lunch spot. Publix, cvs and other restaurants are within 2 miles. Please note this is Florida where palmetto bugs also called large cockroaches are native here and sometimes get inside. This is a detached apartment located behind a full size home that also can be rented during the stay and the drive way is shared as most guest have no issues just want it to be known.

The Carriage House

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. This carriage house is located in a quiet neighborhood less than a block from riverside drive, 5 minutes from downtown New Smyrna Beach’s canal street, and less than 4 miles from the beach. This treetop oasis boasts unique designs with the main living space on the upper level. The overall ambiance is reminiscent of old Florida with repurposed decor, and concrete counters with seashell inlays. It is bright and airy with vaulted ceilings.

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. Just 1.4 miles from the beach and 1 block from Ormond’s pubs and restaurants; you can take a bike or walk to most of the best spots! Designed for ultimate relaxation and equipped with all you’ll need to enjoy your cozy home away from home. We have the beach, the restaurants, and rivers nearby for kayaking or boating! Go one way for beaches and breezy pub crawls and the other for walking paths and lazy river floating.

Soft opening of quaint small town feel studio apartment with hot plate, refrigerator and toaster oven. Does not have an oven. We are still in the process of adding some finishing touches to the space. Shared courtyard/patio area with long term tenants (they have a small friendly dog ). Has an outdoor patio with table/chairs/umbrella. 2 bicycles for use. Close to the river (5 min walk), 3 mile from downtown NSB & canal st. and 10-15 min drive to NSB beach and Flagler Ave.

Secret Garden Cottage

Located in a quiet residential neighborhood in close proximity to a bustling downtown loaded with shops, waterfront restaurants etc. minutes from our beautiful beaches, this unique place features a queen sized bed, a twin sleeper sofa, central air and heat, hot and cold running water, ceiling fans and a picture window overlooking a spacious garden with flowering trees and plants. A private parking space and a sitting and dining area on an adjacent deck are included.
