Welcome to Lexi's Beach Loft. The Apartment is right across the street from the beach and features vaulted ceilings in the living area, two master bedrooms with en suite bathrooms and a loft. Enjoy the large screened in porch or watch the sunrise from the loft area. The beach is a quick 250 yard stroll. It is on the non driving section of New Smyrna Beach. The unit is located in an award winning community with 3 pools, fitness center, tennis courts, shuffleboard, racquetball and walking trails.

**NOTICE** Due to hurricane damage, our pool deck is undergoing repairs. All amenities are temporarily closed, including our outdoor pools, indoor pool, hot tubs and the tiki bar. Beach access from our pool deck is closed, but beach access is available via the North Side Beach Access. Our covered parking garage is under repair, so out free guest parking is available on our south side parking lot during these repairs. We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your understanding.

Need time away to rewind? Visit our oceanfront studio. We supply everything you will need! We have beach access, no damage, and an open pool! Safe, quiet building of only 33 units. The OCEAN is located directly in front of this comfy condo, with no roads to cross! This is a remodeled 2nd floor 389 sq ft condo at the Symphony Beach Club. Private balcony and full kitchen no need to leave the premises. This is a DIRECT OCEAN FRONT unit with an ocean view from your private balcony.
