Your adobe private casita is in the charming village of Placitas; 40 mins from Santa Fe, 2 hours to Taos, and 20 to ABQ, the Rio Grande River, wineries, museums, and restaurants. Sit by the pool after exploring local sites, then relax in the hot tub ( no jets) or sip a glass of wine (or non-alcoholic cider) while taking in the views. The Casita offers a private courtyard and entrance, an outdoor pool (May 15 to October 15), and an on- demand hot tub (year-round, no jets).

This lovingly remodeled casita just fifteen minutes from downtown Las Cruces is open, spacious, and comfortably equipped for any length stay. Take in the views of the mountains, watch the birds, or relax in the hot tub under the stars. Hike to the Organ Mountains-Desert Peaks National Monument via an arroyo from the casita, take a dip in the pool, or rest in the peaceful and tastefully decorated space. It is a perfect place for a quiet getaway or as a base to explore the area.

A sound proof wall separates the private guest suite from the main house with safe parking inside the fenced property.

The house has a covered poolside patio with BBQ and a hot tub on the deck overlooking the garden. The swimming pool is open from May to September. Our circular driveway parks up to 3 cars.

Casa de Luxx: Two Bedroom Wing is a private section of the house with its own entrance located between the Plaza & Meow Wolf. Hot tub, a sauna, and a pool open year round. Includes two comfortable bedrooms, bathroom, office, kitchenette, fire pit & patio. Peaceful with beautiful views. This wing does NOT include a full kitchen, living room, kitchen sink, or sofa. Charming historic southwest studio with a private patio, local artwork, king memory foam bed, pullout sofa, secure off-street parking. A few things to note before booking! * We do not recommend this space for guests taller than 6 feet as the ceiling is low in a few places * Well behaved pets are allowed with a $100 pet fee and agreement to our pet rules (below)

Our Guest House is 10 minutes to the Santa Fe Opera and approximately 10-12 minutes to downtown. Glorious sunrise and sunset views. Two bedrooms, one king bedroom in the loft overlooking the living room and one private king bedroom on the main floor. Private use of the pool (unheated and refreshing), hot tub, labyrinth and gas BBQ. Pool is uncovered in a natural setting.
