Welcome to our serene waterfront cottage in Newtown CT! This tiny cottage totals 608 sqft (304 sq-ft up and down). Thoughtfully designed to be ideal for a solo getaway or a couple retreat. At our tiny cottage, you may wind down at the spa or relax over a hot/ cold beverage at the upper level deck while bird watching or observing several water vessels as they ride by in warmer weather. If you fancy water activities, you may choose to ride in our 2 seater kayak or roast s’mores by the fireplaces.

When you’re ready to venture outside you can take a dip in our private beach, cast a fishing rod or enjoy the beautiful CT foliage. Cottage has been fully renovated and newly furnished. Short drive to Quassy amusement park, hiking trails, wineries, brewery, antique shops, Taft school, Westover school and so much more.
