This is a historic Italianate 1841 Mansion - original 9 foot ceilings, native white oak flooring throughout. The mansion and surrounding 4 acres of gardens, lawns, meadow and picnic area are a beautiful quiet place to relax by yourself or to plan with us your events or group gatherings. The 4th bedroom on the 1st floor is available only for groups larger than 6 people. Guest quarters are located in the main part of the house. My wife and I live in a separate part of the house.

We are located on a tree lined street, beside Wooster Square park, and ten minutes walk to Yale old campus and downtown New Haven. There is plenty of free street parking, out front. The full kitchen, separate living room, with desk & TV, bedroom, & bath with tub/shower, makes the apartment a cozy home-away-from-home, or vacation spot. It is great for weekend visits or longer extended stays.

Updated, private detached guest house in the center of Guilford's historic district just steps from the town center. The guest house is completely renovated. Walk to everything including shops and restaurants. Town Beach and doc are just under 1.5 miles away. The second bedroom has a twin bed. You have to walk through twin room to get to master. Apartment is one floor with no steps. Bathroom is tiled and shower is walk in with no lip or tub and is easily accessible.
