U huurt van ons een prachtige bovenwoning met een panoramisch uitzicht over de Maas in beide richtingen. U ziet het veerpontje op en neer gaan en er varen de hele dag schepen en jachten aan u voorbij. Het pittoreske dorpje Broekhuizen is rijk aan gezellige restaurants met terrasjes aan de Maas. U kunt fietsen tussen de rozen- en aspergevelden, door bos- en natuurgebieden over rustige wegen en paden. Het appartement is geschikt voor stellen, zakelijke reizigers en gezinnen. Er is draadloze tv.

Mitten im Zentrum und trotzdem ruhig gelegen. Zwischen dem Geropark und der historischen Stadtmauer, genau am Abteiberg, befindet sich die kleine aber feine Wohnung. „The Place to be“, im schönsten Teil der Altstadt. Das Einkaufszentrum "Minto" ist nur wenige Meter entfernt. Eine schnelle Anbindung zu den Autobahnen ist gegeben. Der Hbf, ist zu Fuß in 15 min zu erreichen und der "bunte Garten"in nur 10 min. Der Borussia Park ist nur 4km entfernt und mit den Bussen seid ihr schnell Vorort.

Einen Bäcker, Metzger und eine sehr gute Pizzeria befinden sich in unmittelbarer Nähe unseres Hofes.

The location is very central in Gelsenkirchen, so you can reach your destinations in no time, including the Veltins Arena with public transport in under 30 min or the city center on foot in 5 min. Enjoy the stunning view over the Ruhr area or explore the adjacent park. If you arrive by car, parking in the nearby surroundings is free. I look forward to your visit!

Das Duisburger Hausboot Lore im Herzen der City

Our small 13 meter long houseboat Lore is located in the inner harbor of Duisburg, 3 minutes from the city center in one of the trendiest areas of the city: the inner harbour. The Lore has two spacious bedrooms, a roof terrace with lounge furniture, a small covered terrace, a living room with a direct view of the water, a kitchen and of course a bathroom with shower and toilet. The Lore is winter festival and can be booked 365 days a year. We have had three boats in the harbor since 2025.

Bei unserer Unterkunft handelt es sich um ein wunderschönes 1-Zimmer-Apartment mit einem bodengleichen Duschbad. Das Apartment wurde im Januar/Februar 2020 komplett saniert und renoviert. Es befindet sich im Souterrain unseres Einfamilienhauses und ist über unseren Garten zugänglich mit einem eigenen Eingang. Es verfügt über ein gemütliches Boxspringbett, eine Sitz-/Arbeitsmöglichkeit, WLAN, Kühlschrank, Mikrowelle, Teekocher, Kaffeemaschine sowie eine Sitzgelegenheit vor dem Eingang.

Enjoy a relaxing stay with a breathtaking view of Düsseldorf. The apartment is quietly located on the top floor (14th floor) in Neuss, with a great view of Düsseldorf and the Rhine. It is about 20 minutes by car to Düsseldorf (old town or trade fair). The S-Bahn is about 8 minutes' walk away and takes about 10 minutes to Düsseldorf, 5 minutes to Neuss and about 1 hour to Cologne. Good parking situation and a large shopping center is only a 5-minute walk away.
