 A modern self-contained one bedroom bungalow with off road parking for two vehicles. Situated in a quiet residential neighbourhood. Recently refurbished throughout in 2018/9 and offering a comfortable living space providing a great place to relax and unwind.

Charming room in a peaceful location just 5 minutes walk from Ashurst New Forest Train Station, and a 10 walk away from being deep in the Forest. There are many local pubs and eateries & & shops and a bus stop at the end of the road for buses towards Southampton, Lyndhurst or Lymington, with links to explore the region and a short train journey will take you to Bournemouth for the beaches! There is so much to explore in the New Forest all year round and Ashurst is a great base to explore from.

Lyndhurst & Brockenhurst are nearby where you can see ponies, donkeys & cattle roaming on the Forest. Both have lovely tea rooms and shops. Lymington is a coastal town with unique shops and cafes as well as scenic walks along the Quay. Beaulieu is also a must to visit with very scenic walks from Beaulieu River to Bucklers Hard.

Welcome to our semi off grid sustainable home where you will enjoy our shepherd's hut and the peace and tranquillity it provides. Amongst our newly planted saplings in our paddock you will have the wildlife and our 2 ponies for company. A warm, cosy, quiet, safe, space...read our reviews!!!! Forest’s Edge - Ashurst

This self contained guesthouse is perfect for escapes to the New Forest. Situated in the New Forest National Park 'Forest’s Edge' is great for anyone who enjoys the outdoors. Our guesthouse is very comfortable with a sofa, arm chair, king size bed, bunk bed & trundle in one room. There is a separate kitchen & separate shower room with toilet & basin. The garden is huge with lots of seating. We welcome dogs & we are close to Peppa Pig (Paultons Park) and the beach. Cats not allowed.

There are pubs and restaurants within walking distance ( The White Hart, The Coach and Horses, Le Chateau Bistro.) 4 miles to Lyndhurst, Highcliffe castle beach, Steamer Point, Mudeford approx 30 mins drive. Southampton, Salisbury .Bournemouth all close by.

Your own personal ensuite bathroom with shower. Direct access to the garden, and your own private entrance. This is a private peaceful space, with self check-in for greater flexibility. * If you are 2 guests please book for 2 people * Early or late check-ins need our agreement, notice helps us to be flexible where possible

Modern bungalow in a quiet area of Romsey, level walk to town and rail station. Travel links to Southampton, Winchester and Salisbury, close to the New Forest. On street parking available. Kitchen featuring Bosch utilities including washing machine and dishwasher, double oven. Microwave available. Breakfast bar. Bathroom has bath with overhead shower. One double bed and open plan sitting room/ conservatory including dining area. Patio doors to decking and private back garden.

Charming back-garden guest-house

This is a small guest house (one bedroom and one ensuite shower room/toilets - no other rooms available) in our back garden. It has its own outdoor space with a table and two chairs. It has its own access and privacy (from the main garden). The double bed is new and comfortable. We provide bedsheets and towels. We have a friendly medium size dog. Note that there is no kitchen. We have a kettle, a small fridge and a small microwave available in the room. There is no TV available.

The Beat Office, Guest Suite

This self contained guest suite with your own front door and private drive is situated in The New Forest National Park. “The Beat Office" at The Old Police House is a cosy modern and private suite and offers a double bedroom, a modern ensuite shower, smart TV, heated towel rail, fridge, kettle, microwave,cafeteria, toaster, table and chairs and Wi-Fi, Secure area for kayaks and bikes. We provide tea coffee milk and basic cereals. Perfect for couples or business travellers.

Peaceful annex in walking distance to the forest

Light and cosy self-contained annex is located down a quiet street close to the New Forest. A five minute walk will take you to the forest where you will often meet New Forest ponies and cows. There are also plenty of local pubs in close proximity and a local shop. There is plenty to do such as walks and bike rides in the forest, shopping trips in Lyndhurst. For families and little ones, it’s less than 15 minutes drive to Paultons Park where you find Peppa Pig World.
