The upstairs tenant is a single elderly and quiet neighbour & the way the flats are laid out, there is no noise transfer between them. It is in an inner city suburb surrounded by local Nelson families - so please expect the odd neighbourhood noise or visit from a passing cat. The owners live on the adjacent property & very friendly & engaging.

The house sits in an elevated position facing north so it gets all day sun and 180 degree views from the Centre of New Zealand in the east to Tasman Bay in the west. Located at the end of a cul de sac it's private and quiet.
