We have a large comfortable self contained studio apartment, suitable for one couple only, with a private entrance, a small deck, Queen bed, kitchen with induction cooktop, microwave, bar fridge, dishwasher, cooking utensils, cutlery and some condiments supplied. It is in a quiet residential area with a 5 minute walk to our local beach where you can go for a nature walk, swim and watch the sunset. We live upstairs, so you may hear some sounds of life, but the studio is completely private.

Welcome to Shoal Bay and our beautiful light filled 2BD apartment which is only 200 metres from the beach and 200 metres from great cafes and restaurants.  Enjoy drinks on the balcony surrounded by lush gardens.   There is plenty of room for two couples or a family of four.  Our apartment is on the 2nd floor with a beautiful breeze. There are two flights of stairs, no lift. Linen is provided. The complex are mainly residents so we ask you be respectful of noise We have NBN internet connected.

Our townhouse is in Dutchman`s Bay, a suburb of Nelson Bay on Port Stephens.It is north facing with beautiful views of the bay.It gets a cool breeze in the summer and warm sun in the winter.Dutchies beach, which is secluded and safe for children, is an easy walk down steps in front of our unit.The area has great facilities including a heated swimming pool, lovely beaches and other aquatic facilities.There are 2 golf courses,several bowling clubs, plenty of restaurants and 2 shopping centres.

My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travellers, and families (with kids). The property has been our family holiday home for many years. The kitchen is very well equipped for big family dinners. We are not big on electronic entertainment , only an amazing view to keep you occupied! The property is older style which is reflected in the price. Our first floor apartment is very spacious and comfortable .
