We are centrally located to Everything, we also have a fully stocked kitchen, beautiful walk-in shower/bath room, living room/dining room, washer, dryer , AC, ceiling fan, smart TV, cable, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth stereo/CD player, Surveilance camera on the outside .

A $500 USD REFUNDABLE utility deposit is required, with the balance returned after final utility charges are deducted. Likewise usage above the deposit will be billed to guests. Utility is NOT included in the rent.
