This modern, single family home has been remodeled and stocked to give you all the comforts of home including brand new beds ( replaced fall 2024) a grill and fire pit! The kitchen is well stocked for all your cooking needs. We are Pet Friendly and there is extra parking next to the driveway.

One bedroom with a queen bed and tv mounted on wall. Living room with 43 inch Roku tv with a full size sleeper sofa. 2 nd bedroom with a full bed. Bathroom has a stand up shower only. Look out at the Peaks of Otter, enjoy incredible sunrises and sunsets. You are welcome to grill out on the Blackstone, enjoy the firepit, and relax on the dock. There is two miles of trails on the 37 acre property with their own trail signs and map.
