The South West Coast Path is right on your doorstep and St Mawes, Eden Project, Lost Gardens of Heligan, Caerhays etc are all nearby. There's also a lovely garden and large private field to walk the dog. A short walk to the south-west coastal path, nearby surf spots and great food in Porthleven, there's something for everyone.

Praze Barn has a private garden with BBQ for the summer and indoors a woodburner for colder months. Our visitors are attracted to the South West Coastal Path - Kynance Cove, Lizard Point and the beautiful village of Cadgwith recently featured on Countryfile with a great traditional pub - are all within walking distance.

Accommodation for two in quiet village, thirty nine steps above the beach, with direct access onto coast path. Fantastic views, clean air and rural surroundings in a well equipped annexe. Please note we are fairly isolated with no shop but the pub has recently sold and will reopen November2025. Up date….hurrah the village pub, the Five Pilchards, a 3 minute walk away, is now open with a great menu as well!.

A detached stone barn, former design studio, now a light, airy, warm, inviting Cornish escape for two. Less than a mile from Poldhu Cove beach and cafe, popular with surfers and beach lovers. Barefoot Barn is set in an aonb, next door to our farmhouse, with parking.
