The apartment is located 15 mins driving to/from the airport & the GasLamp district, and only 20 mins away from Sea World, and the beaches! We just installed a new AC for guest's pleasure! Just two blocks from the Santa Venita station, which takes you directly to Downtown San Diego.

This room is a "casita" (seperate living space) away from the house. It has a private entrance with a cypher lock on the door. The room has new carpet, new tile, and queen size bed. The Eastlake neighborhood is very safe and very quiet. We are located about 20 mins from the beach, downtown San Diego, and San Diego international airport. This location is only 2 miles from the Otay Ranch Mall.

This private guest suite is on the first floor/basement of our historic home, which we’ve been restoring. It has a private entrance and all the amenities of an apartment. Recently renovated, it feels fresh and modern. The freeway is easily accessible, and downtown is about 15 minutes away. Occasionally, landscaping projects are underway, but we plan around guests or notify you in advance.
