Welcome to Hacienda de las Rosas, retreat, and home of Hacienda Happy Tails, an Animal Sanctuary. We are a husband and wife team who grew up in the city and had dreams of owning a place where we could welcome friends, family, & maybe some animals! When we first saw our place, we fell in love with the views, yet we never imagined becoming a sanctuary for animals (and humans too)! As parents, our only regret is not doing this sooner! Now we would love to share our 5-acre farm with you!

Ranch Guest House-Sierra Views

This is our guest house located on our 10 acre horse ranch in the foothills North of the small town of Woodlake. The house is located on Colvin Mountain which gives you great open views of the valley below and the Sierra Nevada Mountains. We do have horses and friendly dogs on the property. We are surrounded by open cattle grazing land. The location is secluded and very safe. The bedrooms, living room, and dining room have full black out curtains if you need to sleep during the day.

This newly renovated hilltop home on a citrus ranch may be 30 minutes from the park but is has a beautiful 360 degree view of the Sierras, surrouding foothills and valley. Amazing views, spacious living, and large pool will be your first reaction when entering this home. The house is perfect for the couple looking for a peaceful retreat, the family looking to play by the pool, or large groups traveling together. We have room for 2-15. We have a 4 bedroom 3 bath pool home with gorgeous views that sleeps up to 10 (there are 2 single rollaway beds if needed ) in the foothills outside of Exeter 20 minutes to the entrance to the Sequoia's, 10 minutes from Kaweah Lake and 15 minutes from Three Rivers. Enjoy our farm animals , farm tour offered; lots of games grass area ; propane fire pit; (Swimming pool is seasonal ( May thru October) Perfect for family reunion , families, friends.
