Our island location necessitates a strict cancellation policy (ours mirrors the Nantucket Lodging Association's). Due to occasional weather related ferry/plane service interruptions, we highly recommend travel insurance (please see below for cancellation/travel insurance details). Six weeks prior to arrival, we will email you a list of our favorite restaurants with links to menus and reviews. For high season restaurant reservations, when possible, please contact us four to five weeks prior to your arrival. We are happy to make your reservations. Our check-in time is normally 3 p.m. However if you arrive early and your room is not ready, we will be happy to store your luggage. Check-out time is 11 a. m. All rooms have hair dryers and beach bags with towels, bottled water, and magazines. We are a non-smoking inn. Don't hesitate to contact us to help plan your visit to the island. Our charming bed and breakfast inn is located in the heart of historic Nantucket, a short walk from the ferry and all restaurants, shops and museums. The Inn is red oak post and beam with an authentic Nantucket ambiance and exceptional service. Our guest rooms are fully furnished with all the amenities you'd expect in a first class accommodation. You'll have access to the entire Inn with several common areas and library. You'll have the opportunity to meet other guests and form new friendships over breakfast. Our location in the old historic district on a quiet side street couldn't be better! We are a short walk from everything including restaurants, shops, museums and the beach!

Closest restaurant/store is 2-5 miles.(Wauwinet and Sconset) Great location for peacefulness and beach time. Come to relax and unwind. AC in room.. 7 MILES FROM TOWN. CAR IS RECOMMENDED Uber/Taxis are availbable. NO MINIMUM STAY as most places required 2 or more night stay. We give the opportunity for those visiting to spend a night on the island.

Best Harbor Views-50' sailboat

Swimming off the back of the boat in this warm weather is a great way to cool off and start or end your day. The water is just cool enough to make it interesting and refreshing for the first few minutes! Then breakfast in the cockpit with a good pitcher of just pressed hot coffee, toasted bagels and croissants with jam and maybe some fruit on the side. Then off to shore to explore all Nantucket has to offer...a short launch ride lands you on Straight Wharf, the downtown marina and Main St.

This 1829 cottage has been transformed into a tranquil retreat with a series of charming rooms and entertaining outdoor spaces. Entry to the living room with fireplace, dining room with fireplace, full bath with laundry, kitchen with fireplace and French doors leading out to a spacious deck. Master bedroom with cathedral ceiling has French doors that open onto a spacious deck which offers privacy for outdoor entertaining. Private bath. 2nd FL: Two bedrooms which share a full bath.
