The upstairs apartment in our home is centrally located in a quiet neighborhood, with easy access to all the amenities, the treasure valley has to offer. Enjoy the spectacular views of the 10 acre park and sunsets from your private balcony. This private apartment, is accessed via its own exterior spiral staircase. The apartment includes a bedroom with a queen sized bed, a bathroom and a large family room with partial kitchen. You must climb the spiral stairs to access this space.

The Wave House/With Private Hot Tub

Just steps away from the Esther Simplot Whitewater Park and "the wave," this brand new cottage has everything you'll need for a great stay! One block from the Greenbelt and just a short bike ride to the North End or downtown make it a perfect location for exploring all Boise has to offer. This house is tucked away with private parking, has abundant natural light and is fully equipped with everything you'll need for a comfortable stay.

Private river-front guesthouse (studio).

Come for the river view and stay for the relaxation. Our studio is a private, separate guesthouse just a few steps from the south channel of the Boise River. It overlooks the river, has private parking and a private entrance. This studio suite includes a king-size bed, a kitchenette, and a private outdoor patio on the river. The kitchenette includes a range, dishwasher, refrigerator, a portable washing machine, and dryer.

The garage is not available for use.
