The first floor is equipped with an island kitchen, wine cellar, cooking utensils, a washing machine, a dryer, free Wi-Fi (approximately 40 Mbps), and more, making it ideal for long-term stays with friends, family, or for teleworking. There are three bedrooms on the second floor, ranging from queen-size beds to semi-double.
