A pochi passi dal cuore della città e dalla piazza principale dove sono presenti vari locali, quali bar per l’aperitivo, ristoranti con cucina tipica, mercato rionale del pesce , supermercati aperti tutti i giorni. Posizione tranquilla, strategica e centralissima ai collegamenti con Venezia ( raggiungibile in tram o autobus in soli 20 minuti), Padova, Treviso e riviera del Brenta. Si accede all’immobile in un solo minuto uscendo dalla tangenziale di Mestre.
