It has a Laundry with washing machine and dryer. Outdoor area with table and chairs to accomodate 8 with a brand new weber BBQ and adjoining 2nd toilet. Secure undercover parking for 2 cars, boats, trailers. Situated on one of Milduras finest streets and close to the CBD. Electric blankets are supplied on each bed.
