There are trails through the woods, along the creek and to the top of a mountain. Enjoy the hot tub or campfire under the stars, play croquet, frisbee golf or other games in the nearby field. This completely renovated home has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms within 10 minute driving distance of all local attractions. The spacious living room and dining area boasts stylish furniture and a beautiful fire place. Upstairs master bedroom has a queen size bed, full bath, dinning area, living room, and a fully stocked kitchen. Downstairs living space has a queen bed, and separate bedroom has 4 twin beds. The separate game room has a full sized pool, foosball, ping pong table, and shuffleboard game.

Bow Hunting Paradise/Forest Retreat-Arbuckle Lake

Enjoy the beautiful forest view from the large deck & tall living room windows. A gas grill, fire pit, dry sauna, Wi-Fi, and TV (including Netflix) are also available. The house borders the Chickasaw National Recreation Area (CNRA), which allows bow hunting (behind my house) & gun (1 mile north). Boat docks & swimming areas are nearby at Arbuckle Lake. You will be a short drive from local attractions:CNRA, Turner Falls, Arbuckle Wilderness, Chickasaw Cultural Center, and Artesian Casino, & Spa.

The Cottage is nestled west of Davis off of a county road minutes from Turner Falls and Arbuckle Wilderness. This charming 2 bedroom/ 1 bathroom home is located on a private road in a pecan grove offering a quiet place to enjoy country living. There is plenty of room to park a boat or ATV's. Enjoy evenings around the firepit in the back and watch the deer during the early morning hours. The three king size beds welcome families a restful stay at the Cottage.
