Villa Natali is a newly built holiday home in a nice, quiet village of Kavran. The villa has 2 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen and a living room with a total area of 130 m2. The outdoor area includes a 24 m² swimming pool, a sunbathing area with sun loungers, a covered terrace with garden furniture and a barbecue. Both bedrooms have access to the first floor terrace. The villa is fully air conditioned, all rooms are covered with wifi signal and there are 2 outdoor parking spaces.

The Light On The Hill is perfect for a couples and family. This is a spacious 80m2 apartment with private heated pool, private parking, modern outdoor area, covered dining area and lounge area. You can enjoy breathtaking sunsets on the terrace, swim in the pool, make and enjoy your meals outdoor or simply relax in the outdoor area.

Outside is a private, completely fenced garden, with large covered terrace, barbecue and 8x4m heated pool. Pool heating is charged 70 euro/week (water temperature depends on the outside temperature). The house is located in small and quiet village Valtura, a quite peaceful place, few minutes drive from Pula.
