Nestled along the Mississinewa River near James Dean's hometown, Taylor Univ and Indiana Wesleyan Univ, we were originally named Harrisburg, until the natural gas boom of the 1800s. The town was renamed Gas City boasting to grow to a pop of 50 thous, but sadly the gas wells dried up. Visit the Gas City museum at 210 South A St opened 1-4 sat&sun, relax at Beaner Linn Park 701 S Broadway or visit one of our shops. The Cunningham - Unit 1

Welcome to The Cunningham! Once the neighborhood corner store, this property has gone through an entire renovation in 2024-2025! There are 2 units on the second floor and the first floor is soon to be occupied by a bakery/ pizza restaurant. Located in Muncie's Old West End, this urban neighborhood is wonderfully eclectic with a mix of owner occupant homes and rentals. The neighborhood is undergoing a revitalization and we are happy to be a part of that with the renovation of The Cunningham!

Our bright and clean little haven will have everything needed for a short or long stay. Relaxing and comfortable for work, play or recovery. We've provided all the basics so that it can be your home away from home. Our guests visit Ball State, Minnetrista Cultural Center, Downtown shops and eateries, as well as walk or bike to the White River Greenway. Many have participated in Ironman or choose to do an extended stay for work. We are in an urban 4-plex apt. building. Expect to hear noises.

Come relax in your cozy 1978 Lake House! Conveniently located between Muncie and Hartford City-16 min. from Taylor University, 24 min. from Ball State, 10 seconds from the dock! Enjoy the outdoors-Take out the kayaks, go fishing, enjoy the lake, soak up the sights in the hot tub, then end your night with a campfire! Inside-Shoot some pool on the 1800's pool table, pull out a board game with the family, or just relax in the four-season sunroom while watching the sunset. Enjoy Lake Time!

Located near our historic home, built in 1848, you’ll find a carriage house with an upstairs apartment with everything you need for a relaxing and comfortable stay. You are only five to 10 minutes from BSU and IU Ball Hospital, downtown, Elm Street Brewing, the Children’s Museum, walking trails and most restaurants.

The cottage has two bedrooms, one bath, a fully stocked kitchen, and indoor/outdoor space to gather. You are welcome to enjoy a campfire in the yard or sit on the porch and enjoy the sunset. This property offers a lodge feel with the benefits of being right in the middle of Muncie close to Everything!! 2 miles or less to Ball Sate , Minnetrista , shopping, and restaurants. You have your own fenced in yard. There is also a private little porch and a fire pit to enjoy your evening. We also accept dogs. We do not require a pet deposit but if your pet causes any damage we will request restitution through this sight.

our country home is located miles from muncie and a mile from the muncie bypass. beautiful country setting for this 3 bedroom home with a 2 car garage. 2 queen beds and 1 full bed and also a office area. wifi and streaming channels on the tv. u will love the front porch and also the decks in back. plenty of shadein front and back and very peaceful. thank u. jim and ellen, owners
