Set within the bustling community of Mullion village, this delightful old cottage is featured on the Mullion Heritage Trail, its records dating back to 1783. With a covered parking space beside it and free additional parking available close by. It has a small, fully enclosed private rear courtyard. Deceptively large downstairs open plan living space, with a multi-fuel burner which is a great place to relax together. Towels and bedding provided. Within 1 mile away from South West coast footpath, easy reach of Poldhu, Polurian beaches & Mullion Harbour. 2 local dog friendly pubs within 200 metres. Other restaurants/hotels are close by & 2 local food stores within easy walking distance. There is a fish & shop in the village offering takeaway or eat in the restaurant, serving very high quality food. Mullion also boasts an 18 hole golf course & welcoming club that serves excellent food. You can even learn to surf at Poldu beach or contact Lizard Adventure for paddleboarding, kayaking or rock climbing & survival skills activities. There are horse riding stables in the village. There are cosy village pubs and plenty of countryside walks to enjoy such as Tremayne Quay and Frenchman's Creek.

Collingswood is a beautifully spacious newly renovated 4 bedroom 2 bathroom contemporary single level house with a large garden & amazing coastal headland views, situated close to the South West Coast Path between Falmouth & the Helford River, near Maenporth Beach. In a peaceful location but only approx 10-15 mins walk to two beaches, or 2 mins drive to Maenporth beach which has a beachside car park. Good pub, cafes & good restaurants also within walking distance. Perfect for a family holiday!

Secluded woodland cottage, close to SW Coast Path

Built in 1840 as a mill workers’ cottage, it has been renovated to include a log burner and air source heating. Perfect for walkers and wildlife watchers, it is a get-away-from-it-all experience. Own entrance and parking, no other property in sight. Just 1 mile from SW Coast Path. Kingsize or single beds.

Parking is very close by in the South Quay Carpark for £10 a day, spaces not guaranteed. Sea Views from the bedroom and the sitting room. Fantastic Wifi. Superb location. Smell the sea air from the open windows

Moonsail, Cadgwith Cove: Short Walk to Pub & Beach

Moonsail is a beautiful 2 bed cottage with views over Cadgwith valley - a perfect escape for couples or families. Five min drive to Kynance. The wifi has been upgraded to fibre. The cove is a short stroll away and has a great pub, cafe and shops. Cadgwith is one of the last few active fishing villages and you can watch all the goings on from one of the two beaches in the cove. Watch the Cadgwith singers in the pub on a Friday evening. Unfortunately this cottage isn't suitable for pets.

The Hideaway is a private and secluded cabin nestled in a quiet wooded area in a large garden in Mullion. It has stunning views to Poldhu and across to Mounts Bay. A five-minute walk to Mullion's pubs, cafe and shops, the cabin is set in an area of outstanding natural beauty, perfect for walking the South West Coast path and exploring the Lizard peninsula with its amazing coves, beaches and fishing villages. It is located above Polurrian Cove and is a mere stroll to the wonderful quiet beach.

Little Cosel Mor is a one bedroom apartment. The ground floor is an open plan lounge, dining area, kitchen and main bathroom. There are stairs leading to the bedroom with king size bed and en-suite. There is an outside patio area with stunning sea views. Coverack is a quaint fishing village with a tidal beach and working harbour. It is in an area of outstanding natural beauty with wonderful coastal walks and easy access to the other delightful villages on the Lizard Peninsula.

Cosy Chalet in the heart of Mullion village within walking distance of the coastal path, Polurrian Beach and Mullion Cove. Poldu Beach has a beach cafe and car park. The Bean Chalet offers self-contained accommodation, with one double bed for up to two people, whether you are looking for a short walking break or a romantic stay. Outside there is a secure, private seating/bbq area, perfect for relaxing in the evening sun. Close to our village Co-op and a walk to the local pub.

A stunningly situated 3 bedroom house, overlooking idyllic Polurrian Beach on the edge of the Lizard. The perfect spot for a magic Cornwall family holiday, the secluded comfy three bed house has incredible sea views and direct access to one of the Lizard's prettiest beaches. There's also a lovely garden and large private field to walk the dog. A short walk to the south-west coastal path, nearby surf spots and great food in Porthleven, there's something for everyone.

Peaceful Barn with Sea Views near Falmouth

Keynvor is a bright, airy barn conversion in a small farm complex which formerly belonged to the National Trust. The farmhouse dates from the 1650s and the barns from the 19th century. The garden affords fabulous ocean views, and is a sun trap when the weather co-operates. There is a gentle 10-15 minute walk through woodland to the nearest beach, which is on the South West Coast Path, and it is possible to walk to Falmouth or Helford Passage along the coast.

Accommodation for two in quiet village, thirty nine steps above the beach, with direct access onto coast path. Fantastic views, clean air and rural surroundings in a well equipped annexe. Please note we are fairly isolated with no shop but the pub has recently sold and will reopen November2025. Up date….hurrah the village pub, the Five Pilchards, a 3 minute walk away, is now open with a great menu as well!.
