Perfekt gelegen ist unsere Wohnung für Durchreisende, Familien mit Kindern (gute Ausflugsziele), Radfahrer (Donauradweg) und Urlauber. Mit eigenem Airbnb-Zugang zur Wohnung ist Privatsphäre gesichert. Ortstaxe vor Ort zu zahlen: €2,40/ Tag Erw. Kinder bis 15 Jahren frei. Es wurde viel Wert auf Kinderfreundlichkeit gelegt.

This apartment is an ideal base for excursions by car, motorcycle, bicycle, mountain bike - close to Linz (20 min. by car). Fast WLAN, parking, private access, open fireplace outside and cozy pellet stove inside, the existing swimming pond can be shared.

The newly built house is located in a quiet location 20km outside of Linz. The best and easiest way to reach it is via the motorway A7 exit Engerwitzdorf or by train from the station Lungitz. You have the whole first floor to yourself: The bedroom is lockable. You have your own bathroom with a bathtub and your own living room with a desk and TV. You can also use the pool. Final cleaning for free.
