Ein kleines nettes Haus mit ca. 70m2 Wohnfläche in ruhiger Lage, am Johannesweg, 4 km bis zur Therme und 25 Autominuten von Linz. Unser Haus wurde 1974 gebaut und 2019 komplett saniert. Daher ist es modern eingerichtet und sehr gemütlich. Hier kann man sich erholen, entspannen oder am Johannesweg bei einer 3-tägigen Pilgerreise eine Auszeit nehmen und die Magie des Mühlviertel spüren. Durch unser Reitwegenetz von rund 700 km auf der Mühlviertel-Alm freuen wir uns auch immer über Wanderreiter!

Vila Dvorečná

V tomto stylovém ubytování se zabaví celá tvoje rodina či parta přátel. Objekt nabízí komfortní ubytování až pro 17 osob. Vila Dvorečná se nachází na okraji osady Dvorečná, cca pět minut autem od sjezdovky v Lipně nad Vltavou. Objekt je třípodlažní se dvěmi terasami, grilem, ohništěm, krytým venkovním bazénem s protiproudem a vnitřním wellness se saunou a vířivkou. Objekt pronajímáme celý. Pokud cestujete s malými dětmi, je možné zapůjčit dětskou postýlku, jídelní židličku či vaničku.

Suite for four, ground floor, 3 guests + extra bed This lovely suite for four situated on the ground floor has a separate entrance hall with the door leading to a generously proportioned kitchen which is equipped with a microwave oven, electric hob, electric kettle, fridge, basic cooking utensils, dining table, sofa bed for 2 guests. The entry to the bedroom with twin beds leads through the hallway. The spacious bathroom provides to our guests a comfortable bathtub with a shower.

El chalet "Ferienchalet Schneiders" se encuentra en Wegscheid y es perfecto para pasar unas vacaciones inolvidables con los suyos. El alojamiento de dos plantas consta de una sala de estar, una cocina totalmente equipada y 2 dormitorios. Uno de ellos dispone de cuarto de baño independiente con ducha, bañera y WC, mientras que el otro dormitorio cuenta con ducha y WC. Por lo tanto, el chalet ofrece espacio para 4 personas. El equipamiento también incluye WLAN y una smart TV.

Willkommen im Rodlhaus GruBÄR! Der Holzofen im Wohn- und Essbereich sorgt für wohlige Wärme. Die sehr gut ausgestattete Küche lädt zum Kochen ein. Vom Balkon blickst du ins Naturschutzgebiet und hast direkten Zugang zur großen Rodl. Im Obergeschoss findest du gemütliche Schlafplätze. Entspannen kannst du in der Fasssauna im Garten oder in der Hängematte mit Ausblick. Café Maschine: Tschibo Cafissimo Verschiede Sauna-Aufguss Öle vorhanden. Wir freuen uns auf dich :)

Landhaus KernAlm

Willkommen auf der KernAlm! In absoluter Alleinlage, auf einem Südhang in 1000 m Seehöhe gelegen, befindet sich die KernAlm. Eingebettet in die unberührte Natur, am Rande eines Waldes, ist die KernAlm ein besonderes Fleckchen Ursprünglichkeit. Morgens wird man von Vogelgezwitscher und den ersten warmen Sonnenstrahlen, die durch das Fenster scheinen, geweckt und abends stört kein Laut einen ruhigen Schlaf. Ein Urlaubsort ohne Zwänge, für Selbstversorger.

Chalet Mavino

Apartmán je blízko obory s jeleny a přitom v blízkosti vybavenosti obce Lipno nad Vltavou. Zde vás nebude nic rušit a můžete tak naslouchat zvukům přírody. Večery při západu slunce na prostorné terase nebo v teple u krbu s šálkem dobré kávy. Vítáme rodiny s dětmi, máme k dispozici postýlku, přebalovací pult, židličku a podobně. Pro špatné dny je k dispozici x box, nejvíc si však děti užijí v lese, na který koukáte přímo z terasy.

Milujeme zvířata, přírodu a psíka Pátka, který u nás bydlí. LIPAA je 3 minuty od autobusového nádraží. Do centra seběhnete z kopce za necelých 10 minut. Parkování je v ceně, městská daň 50,-Kč / os./ den.
