After many other uses it was renovated as a self-catering guesthouse accommodating six people in 3 en-suite bedrooms; 2 double bedrooms & a twin room. Beautiful wooden floors, fireplaces and stained-glass doors in the living room, lots of original paintings and fully equipped kitchen add to the warm ambience and atmosphere of the house. Load shedding equipped - inverter and battery system. This is a very comfortable, centrally-located family home with an open-plan living space leading out to a large deck, which overlooks a sparkling pool and treetops of the adjacent green belt. The house is best suited for up to 4 adults and their children (maximum 6 guests in total). Because the unit only has 2 ground floor bathrooms, we will not be able to accept booking requests for 6 adults. Strictly no noise and no parties allowed.
