The Stone House mountain retreat: open all year.

Take a step back in time and stay in this unique, beautiful old stone house, set on a steep mountain slope, surrounded by woods and terraces, ideal for walkers and nature lover's. A glorious sandy beach with two shipwrecks is a twenty five min. drive away. In the winter the Stone House has a wood burning fire making it an accommodation which is suitable for holidays in all seasons, especially walking holidays, each season having it's own special charm. Four marked walks start from Arni itself.

It's a cozy vacation home that can comfortably accommodate up to 7 people. The house has a panoramic view over the infinite blue of the Aegean Sea. Our home is ideally located if you are seeking to relax and discover the island of Andros. It’s located in a peaceful spot in the area of Agios Petros that is only 6 minutes away from some of the most beautiful beaches and the port of Gavrio. We are always glad to assist our guests so that they can explore the little gems of the island.

Penthouse Amalía - central, stylish, quiet

House Amalía with its three apartments (GardenApt, Beletage, Penthouse) is centrally located in a quiet side street, close to the historic Amalía Square. The Penthouse terraces offer views of garden, sea and mountains. Grocery stores are just around the corner. As are cafes, port restaurants, shops and the pier for a stroll. Several beaches, including our personal favourite ‚Kochili Beach‘, are within walking distance. House Amalia can also be booked as a whole for up to eleven guest.

Auf der Insel Euböa befindet sich das malerische Dorf Styra. Am oberen Dorfrand liegt unser Ferienhaus von wo man einen wunderbaren Blick auf das Meer hat. Das Haus mit seinen 100 m² und ca. 130 Jahre alten Mauern haben wir 2021 von Grund auf renoviert. Auf der kleinen, schattigen Terrasse lässt sich der Tag mit einem schönen Frühstück beginnen. Von der Dachterrasse hat man dann den Blick auf Dorf, Meer und dem Berg im Rücken – Ideal für den Sundowner.

The house is built in an autonomous yard of 650m and has a shaded sitting veranda of 25m2 where you can rest, and enjoy endless blue . The place is also called OSMAES.
