Στο ισόγειο βρίσκεται η σουίτα, με διπλό κρεβάτι, διθέσιο καναπέ και ιδιωτικό μπάνιο. Εξωτερικά του κτιρίου υπάρχει μια επιπλωμένη βεράντα με τραπεζαρία και γύρω από την πισίνα ξαπλώστρες και ομπρέλα. Δυνατότητα BBQ.
