Riverwalk II is a three-bedroom, two-and-a-half-bath home that features a one-car garage, an outdoor fire pit, a gas fireplace, a washer/dryer, and more. This home is situated along the river, providing beautiful views and easy access to the hot springs pool. The ice climbers’ garage is heated and includes a workbench for gear maintenance. There is plenty of parking available off the side street!

With the Empire house you get the best of both worlds, an updated home that still retains its historical charms. This house features 2 bedrooms, 1 1/2 baths, a walk-in shower and fantastic views of Kendall mountain. Not many houses in Silverton offer off street parking but, this one does!
