Main level 3 bdrms, 2 1/2 baths, Kitchen, Dining & Family rooms,but lower level also has Kitchen,Family & dining area w/ 2 bdrms and Full bath. Both spaces has outdoor dining. We are Minutes from Deep Creek Lake & Oakland that offers restaurants, shopping & boating. Just behind the property is Broadford Park to go for a swim, play basketball or volley ball or just take the kids for a walk or to the playground. Outdoor living at its best

At this time we DO NOT allow pets. Suga sits on a 3+ acre lot that use to be used for cross country skiing. She got her name from two trails, Sugarbush Run and Sugarbush Shortcut that ran through the lot! We welcome you to stay and enjoy our wonderful little getaway here in Pleasant Valley.

The Captains Quarters is the perfect getaway. 2BDRM, propane fireplace (Nov-Apr), full kitchen, and a 6+ person hot tub. Dogs welcome but please let us know and pay the fee. 2 comfy Queen mattresses, towels and linens provided, hi speed internet, smart TV’s, and Bluetooth soundbar. Situated on 10 acres and surrounded by a 600-acre nature conservancy, Rustic Lux is a new construction that fuses the charming details of a rustic cabin with high-end modern luxury. Guests can enjoy complete privacy with quick access to all the wonders of Deep Creek Lake! Rustic Lux is only 4 miles from the lake and Wisp Ski Resort. The road back to the cabin is a little rough but is pretty flat and in no way dangerous. We recommend 4 wheel drive vehicles.
