Built in 1941 by the Bradley family, this 3 bedroom 2 bathroom home is perfect for a weekend getaway. We are proud to be the only house in the entertainment district and in eyesight of all the exciting businesses next door. Come play cornhole in the back yard, test your skill on our Olhausen 22’ regulation size shuffleboard, go sightseeing around the Baker District on our selection of bikes 🚴 and enjoy some honey 🐝 from our White River farm. Linens, dishes, pots, pans, oven, fridge, microwave, gas grill, washer, dryer, wi-fi and more. Perfect for a family get away/retreat. Cabin was updated in 2017. Owner is a top realtor so If you are looking for property in the area she can ass! Guests said beds were to soft so we purchased firmer mattresses. Now some say to firm… we try. 😊

We welcome you to our home which sits on The White River! This is a 3 bedroom 2 bath home. There are 2 tvs/w Dish, dvd player & dvds. The home is not equipped with wifi. There is a set of stairs in the house and down to the river. It sits on 200’ of World Famous White River frontage! There is public boat ramp access 3/10 of a mile from the house. Local restaurant Gastons is just down the road, as well as multiple nearby small towns for all your shopping and dining needs. End the day relaxing in the master bathtub or in the recliners by the fireplace.

This craftsmen style home is located minutes from the White River in down town Cotter, Arkansas. A 2 bedroom and 1 bathroom. It does sleep 5 people comfortably. with 3 twin beds and a king bed. Had a front proch with rockers. In the back yard there is a fire pit with chairs and a charcoal grill.
