Including a fully, fenced yard, lock-up shed, single, lock-up garage and off street parking. All bedrooms include built-in wardrobes and ceiling fans. Historic French style mountaintop scenic homestead

Rowan House, a magnificent three-level French-styled residence, is uniquely positioned high in the Sunshine Coast hinterland. Perched atop Mount Mellum’s highest north-easterly point, the homestead commands spectacular 180° views of almost 150 km of Australia’s coastline and islands - from Noosa through to Brisbane.
