Beautiful and clean one bedroom unit (with own bathroom, living room, fridge, and kitchenette-no stove) with easy off-street parking! Private entrance and easy walk to the White Plains Metro North Station! Great for those visiting NYC, working at nearby hospitals or companies, commuting into the city, or visiting family in Westchester! Living room sofa can become a futon to sleep on. We have toddlers, but we always try to keep any noise to a minimum, and they usually are in bed by 8 PM.

This peaceful cottage is located on the North County Trailway - perfect for biking, walking into the village, or to the Rockefeller Preserve for hiking and visiting Stone Barns Center. Fenced yard with swing. Accessible to trains into New York City (easy 10 minute Uber or 2.5 mile walk). Perfect for a weekend getaway or as home-base for local exploration. Note this is a family home where kids and pets live, it will not be empty and spotless like a hotel. Comfortable for families is the vibe!!

Coming to visit the city that never sleeps? We are 30 minutes from Time Square and walking distance to St. John’s Hospital. Enjoy a walk through The Untermyer Gardens that’s right around the corner from our home. 2.5 miles away from Yonkers Pier with great view of the city by the Hudson River. Excellent food choices, and great walking trail. From there you can catch the Metro-North railroad to the city. We will give you tips and recommendations on food and “must-see” spots while you are here.

Come stay with us! You will have the entire first floor to yourself but we will be right upstairs if you should need us! Access to tree lined back yard with fire pit. Close to metro north train to NYC. Minutes to kayaking, hiking, restaurants, cafes & historical sites. Please note: No Kitchen!! Drive, walkway & entrance accessible to full size wheelchair (see photos) but bathroom is not accessible to a wheelchair. Guest must have ability to enter and maneuver the bathroom on thier own.

Panoramic Rivers views from inside and out. Two televisions. Coffee/Condiments/Cooking Essentials provided. $25 cleaning with or without pets.

Haven in Hartsdale! Private guest suite & bathroom

Self-contained basement-level guest suite within our home. You have your own entrance and complete privacy as well as your own private shower room. My husband and I live in the property above with our cat. I respectfully advise if you have allergies or just dislike cats then this is not the place for you. The suite comes complete with a microwave, mini fridge, iron & tea & coffee making facilities. Unfortunately we can’t no longer accept guests without reviews from previous stays.

The cottage is equipped with a stone fireplace, spacious kitchen, living room area, table for dining and working, and a sleeping loft. During the summer, a private salt water pool is available.
