Welcome to "Cottage in the Pines", with 2 bedrooms and 2 baths, this is the perfect place for a well-deserved getaway. Enjoy an early morning breakfast on the screened-in deck and spend a relaxing evening outside by the firepit. This single level home will sleep up to 6 and is updated with all the modern amenities you need for a comfortable stay. The cottage is centrally located in beautiful Hot Springs Village. Lakes, golf courses, walking trails and scenic views offer something for everyone.

This is a private entrance two-bed, two ensuite bath cottage with walk-in showers and Kohler soaking tub at 1800 SF.

Northwoods getaway is nestled in the wooded hills surrounding downtown Hot Springs. It is centrally located in the Park Avenue "Uptown" area. The house is 1 mile from historic bathhouse row and the National Park. The Mid-Century home is compact, but has all the amenities you will need for your getaway. The outdoor patio is the perfect place for your morning coffee or afternoon cocktail. *Please note* No parties of any kind. This is a quiet residential neighborhood. 4 guests maximum!

This very nice, clean two bedroom house is located in the HS Village only only 14 miles from downtown Hot Springs. Attention golfers this place is located in golf paradise. 8 courses within 12 mi Also free golf lessons The master bedroom features a pillow top queen size bed, bathroom and tv. The other bedroom also has a queen size The kitchen is updated and fully furnished for your use. The other bathroom features an arthritic tub which is for one person at a time

Cool Ridge Little House

Relax in this simple, open floor plan little house with an amazing view of the Ouachita river and mountains. 2 bedrooms, one bath, living area, and great outdoor patio over looking the river. Enjoy the fully stocked kitchen, fresh linens, and bath items. Can sleep 7, although it's most comfortable for a family of 4. There will be an extra fee per person. The cleaning for 6-7 people is $50, even for a short-term stay. pets are allowed for a $10 per trip, PER PET fee.
