The entire unit is on the second floor, and is a 2-bedroom/1-bath condo in Snell and Blossom Hill area of South San Jose. Condo community is patrolled by security. PLEASE BE AWARE THAT THIS RENTAL IS FOR 1 BEDROOM ONLY. PROPERTY IS SHARED WITH MYSELF, I AM THE OWNER. I am fully vaccinated and take care in cleaning/disinfecting regularly between all reservations.

Costco business close by too! Occasionally there will be small dogs barking if it is an issue just let us know! AC is controlled by the hosts and usually temperatures stay between 70-75 so if you like a colder unit please look somewhere else. But hosts do mind you asking them for the AC to be on. NO SMOKING PROPERTY!

We are in a safe community. There are many restaurants and shops around, very convenient. This room is Twin bed for single. There is a small bed . Shared bathroom with another bedroom. In the shared living room with sofas, dining table and chairs, large refrigerator, microwave, basic tableware, coffee machine. There is no kitchen, you can simply heat the food in the living room and wash the tableware in the outdoor sink in the front yard. No kitchen.
