A quick trip into the city and viaduct. 8 minutes to Eden Park, and Alexandra Park, and 15 minutes to Mt Smar.t or Western Springs, and ASB Show Grounds. (Will vary on game, or concert, days.) BTW - Once you book, you will have the wing to yourselves, even it's just you. Relax in the covered terrace with a cuppa in the morning and unwind with a beer or wine in the evening before hitting the many fine restaurants and eateries in the area. Tea, coffee, milk and "some treats" included.

Modern and spacious 1 bedroom flat with kitchenette. Massive lounge and dedicated entrance 1 bedroom with queen sized bed and futon in lounge. If you want the futon in the lounge made up into a bed please book for 3 people to account for extra bedding. Kitchenette with kettle and toaster. Kid friendly with books and toys. The flat is underneath the main house so we do ask for quiet after 10pm each evening.
