Sobre la alberca y el solárium cubierto hay una cocina al aire libre totalmente equipada con refrigerador y parrilla, y una mesa de comedor de 12 asientos con vista al hermoso paisaje. La planta central consta de sala, comedor y cocina totalmente equipada, y en el mismo nivel se encuentran dos recámaras con baño privado, así como un baño adicional. La planta superior consta de tres dormitorios con baño privado, dos de los tres dormitorios tienen un sofá adicional que puede servir como cama supletoria.

It has an uninterrupted view over the Motovun Forest and medieval town of Motovun (today well known for film festival all over the world). The house´s view can just take your breath away. With in the villas property there are: vineyards, more than 30 fruits and over the 200 olives tree.
