Wir bieten für Wanderer, Skitourer und Auszeitler unsere Ferienwohnung am Biobauernhof am Rand von Puchberg am Schneeberg an. 2 Gäste sind im Preis enthalten. Person 3 & 4 kosten je 13€/Nacht. Die Reinigungspauschale ist für bis zu 2 Erwachsene & 2 Kinder 40€. Bei 3-4 Erwachsenen sind für den 3. & 4. Gast pro Kopf 10€ zusätzlich vor Ort zu zahlen (also max. 60€ Endreinigung). Die Gemeinde Puchberg hebt zudem eine Kurtaxe pro Erwachsener von 3€/Nacht ein, die ebenfalls vor Ort hinzu kommt.

Accommodation: Our historic house from the 15th century is located in a quiet location in the old town of Krems / Donau-Stein. The approx. 30m2 apartment is located directly in Stein's old town - an ideal location for a visit to the various museums close by or a day trip with one of the many ships up the Danube valley - a UNESCO World Heritage Site. In addition, the vibrant city centre of Krems with its coffee shops, confectionaries and bars and the Campus Krems are within walking distance.

Enjoy the cozy apartment in the listed house in the city center - view of the Ybbs river included. In summer you can cool off in the bathing area in front of the house.

Hallenbad in Scheibbs Schigebiete Ötscher 40 min Hochkar ca 50 min und Solebad Göstling 40 min entfernt

Die gemütliche Unterkunft ist ein idealer Standort für Wanderungen und Skitouren, zum Skifahren und zum Erholen! Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, ein Gasthaus, Bushaltestelle, Bahnhof und das Skigebiet Stuhleck sind nur wenige 100m entfernt. Direkt am Weltkulturerbe Semmering Bahn, je 100 km von Wien und Graz entfernt. Viele Ausflugsziele sind mit dem Auto in 1 Stunde erreichbar: Neusiedler See, Mariazell, Hohe Wand, Rax und Schneeberg zum Wandern uvm.

Flat in an old farmhouse

We turned an old stable into an apartment. We tried to preserve the atmosphere of the place. The flat is located in the courtyard of a renovated old farm where we are living ourselves (parents and 2 children). The area is called the Wagram, 3 km away from the Danube and around 50 km away from the center of Vienna. Our two cats are also part of the family;you are welcome to interact with them. However, they are not allowed in the flat :-)

Guest in "The Schlössl", Parking, near Subway

Become a guest in our family house built in 1684. The building is over 300 years old, the flat has been adapted to the latest standards, air conditioning included. The underground is 8 minutes walk away, the nearest tram 1 minute walk. The flat has its own entrance directly from the private courtyard. A private parking space directly at the accommodation is possible. There is almost always a member of our family on site.

Traumhafte Wohnung mit 150m², ideal für Familien mit Kindern. Sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, die Ruhe und Entspannung garantiert. Zum Donauradweg sind es 5 Minuten zu Fuß, eigener Parkplatz sehr Nahe gelegen, Abstellmöglichkeiten von Fahrrädern vorhanden.
