A truly one of a kind farmstead experience -stay in a newly constructed barn apartment on our 500 acre dairy farm. The Mattingly farm is home to Kenny's Cheese - farmstead cheese made right here onsite. This is a unique opportunity to stay in the heart of the action, in our modern apartments directly above the dairy barn. You will be welcomed by our friendly dairy cows and possibly a new baby calf or two. Simply because our cheese is AMAZING, we will leave some in the fridge for you to try!

Page's Legacy: Spring Getaway at the Lake

All rooms have a view of the lake and the deck overlooks Dale Hollow. We are a mile from Wolf River Boat Dock. The suite is downstairs with a private entrance. There are walking paths that encompasses 3 acres on the property. The private deck has a fire pit for chilly mornings to enjoy coffee or relaxing evening. The Cottage is a private space conveniently located one block from the Gainesboro square in picturesque Jackson county. Close by are many outdoor activities such as fishing the Cumberland River or canoeing/kayaking on the Roaring River, where there is a boat ramp, a swim area & playground. Just 12 miles to Cummins Falls State Park & 25 minutes to Cookeville. If you’re a history buff, make sure to visit the incredible Jackson County Archives & Veterans Hall at 104 Short St.

Newly renovated apartment in quaint Celina

This newly renovated apartment is right in the heart of Celina. It has 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom along with a full kitchen and washer/dryer. Convenient to all the shops and restaurants in town, its in the perfect spot! It's also just minutes away from Dale Hollow Lake and the Obey and Cumberland Rivers and all that those have to offer. Whether in town for antique shopping, going fishing, or anything else you can think of, this is fine spot to kick your feet up!

Deer Lodge Bed & Breakfast

This is a very private cottage located in the trees with a view of a beautiful private pond. You will have a large deck that faces the pond, private parking, complete kitchen facilities, washer and dryer, and a large bathroom. You won’t find a more peaceful & serene setting. The pond is stocked with 4 types of fish, so bring your gear. You can watch the hawks, ducks maybe even some deer. Everything you need is provided whether you stay a night or a week.

Enjoy peace and quiet! The home offers many comforts and conveniences while being situated on 31 wooded acres. This is a remote, secluded location that allows you to relax, but if you do want to get out and enjoy some attractions, below are some approximate driving times. These towns offer the closest shopping so you may want to come prepared with your needs. Livingston- 25 minutes Celina- 25 minutes Gainesboro- 30 minutes Cookeville- 45 minutes

Sheep’s Meadow Cottage

1 king bed, 1 queen fold-out couch, dedicated workspace. Take it easy at this tranquil and cozy getaway surrounded by a sheep meadow, just 2 miles from I-40. Fishing pond available upon request. We are located just 15 minutes from the charming small town of Cookeville, TN. We are also near beautiful natural attractions, such as waterfalls and lakes. Cookeville is centrally located between Nashville, Knoxville, and Chattanooga.

The Jackson House of Gamaliel

Stay at The Jackson House of Gamaliel. The Victorian style house was originally built in 1904 and underwent a total remodel in 2017. You will be the only guests in the house. One King bed, two Queen beds and a sofa sleeper. Kitchen with all cooking utensils, a laundry room and a large living area. Convenient to Dale Hollow Lake and Barren River Lake, (Approx 30-45 minutes). Near Old Mulkey Meeting House State Park.
