It’s a quick drive to WSU games or UI and one of our favorite spots to go as a family, the Arboretum! The self-contained LOWER level of the house consists of 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, laundry/mudroom, & an open living space spanning the kitchen, dining, & living room. A large fenced yard make it kid & pet friendly too.

Plenty of restaurants in town but the Cottage has a full kitchen. Perfect for those looking for a quiet place to stay near the center of things. No smoking or pets.
