From 14 square meters balcony you can enjoy in sunny view of Kvarner bay, surrounding historical villas, green garden, or have a relaxing evening with your favorite beverage while town lights reflecting from Adriatic sea.

The apartment is located in a historical house, we have tried to preserve the unique charm of a stone Croatian house, although the whole interior and equipment is ultra modern. 2 bedrooms, two bathrooms, large living room and kitchen. All rooms have air conditioning and fiber optic internet. About our kitchen: we have put a lot of effort into it, restoring all the stone elements. There is a cozy patio with a roof of grapes and an ancient well. It is a 6 minute walk down the steps to the beach.

Cool apartment in the heart of Opatija

The apartment is located in the heart of Opatija in an old Villa. Right next to all the beaches and parks. The main beach of Opatija is only 50 meters away. Everything you need is within few hundred meters. It is quiet part of the center and the most beautiful. It is also right next to the main street and next to all the restaurants and bars. The best location. Apartment is well acquiped with everything (air conditions, etc..) Parking is secured for one vehicle, right next to the apartment.

The outdoor kitchen is equipped with Washing machine, a fridge with a large freezer, a cooker (on electricity or gas), a coffee maker, a microwave and full crockery.

Furbished as a cosy nest (50m2) to enjoy the most beautiful VIEW trough the panoramic window make you feel softly situated on a white cloud. Located in the picturesque little town of Volosko, 10 steps from the sea, surrounded by little coffees and restaurants well known for their fish specialties. The seaside walk is 12 km long scattered sparks with pebbles and sea-leveled rocks, beaches with possibility to rent paddle boards, water ski and canoe.

Senj is not a typical tourist destination; there are no big hotels or crowds. On the beaches and in the restaurants you can always find a place. Up the stairs, you'll find a romantic bedroom with a small seating area. We are pet friendly and accept one pet free of charge, but will charge a fee of 5€ per day for each additional pet over the first.

Brand new apartment, first row to the sea in the small fishing village of Plomin Luka. It is located on the first floor. It consists: kitchen/living room, bedroom, bathroom and a terrace with an stunning sea view. The apartment has its own parking space located next to the entrance of the building. The first beach, popularly called Copacabana, is only 200 m away.

Bella Ciao apartman nalazi se u strogom centru grada, odmah pored kazališta. Studio apartman je u potkrovlju, prostran je, potpuno renoviran, sa svim potrebnim sadržajima (Wi-fi, Max TV). U podnožju zgrade je više barova koji nude hranu i piće, a nekoliko metara dalje je živahna gradska tržnica. Korzo je udaljeno svega 200m. Kućni ljubimci su dobrodošli.
