It's also 10-minutes' walk to Rick Stein’s famous Bannisters by the Sea restaurant/pool bar, Mollymook Shopping Centre with Bannisters Pavilion restaurant/rooftop bar, Gwylo Restaurant, Mint Pizza and BWS.

Clyde River Retreat (Didthul)

Nestled along the upper reaches of the Clyde River (the cleanest and most pristine waterway in Eastern Australia) lies the Clyde River Retreat – a haven of beauty, peace and tranquility. Billabong Cottage is a romantic little one bedroom cottage situated next to its own large billabong. This fully equipped cathedral ceilinged cottage has everything you need for a romantic escape. Designed to represent the Australian settler’s cottage, unique and cozy, the fully fenced verandah overlooks the water, with wood heater and outdoor firepit. Pets are welcome. There is an additional charge of $40 per pet (max 2). Try our Corroboree, Cooee or Kiah Cottages if Billabong is booked out.

Bawley Ridge Cottage is a secluded, spacious & dog-friendly log cabin with lofty beamed ceilings, cosy living area, & luxury bathroom. 10 mins from Bawley's beaches, the cottage is on an 8 ac farm, with roaming alpacas, geese, peacocks & goats. We have lots of wood for the fire in winter, the outdoor bath is wonderful for stargazing & the (shared) swimming pool heaven on a hot day. We can also provide transport at a competitive fare to & from nearby walking trails, wedding venues & wineries.

Parking is available, with private access to the studio. The wildlife includes Glossy Black Cockatoos, kangaroos and possums.
