This light and airy hideaway was designed and built by the host incorporating her own handiwork in art and furnishings. Initially a granny flat, it's been transformed into a comfortable and spacious hang out. Its central location makes it ideal to explore the area. There is plenty to do on site; barbecue, play corn hole or horseshoes have fun with games and cards kept in the hall, enjoy the pool and hot tub in the warm season. May to Sept. The twin beds can be easily configured to a king bed. Price includes a 13% local occupancy tax. Your cottage opens up to the pool area which maybe available during the summer months but not guaranteed as this pool is too deep for kids to stand in. There is also a hot tub open from March to Dec. So the key to open the pool is subject to conversation. The pool is shared with us. No parties please. This is a non smoking property. We love dogs but we can not allow pets brought in. We have a large dog and cats. We kindly ask for slow driving up and down driveway as the animals are slow to move as they own the space. These are accommodations you wont find at a hotel. We are not one, this is our home we are opening to share with you. We are next door most times if you have any questions otherwise we will respect your privacy. The guest house sits on three acres with the main house where the host lives with her husband. It is just one and a half miles to the freeway and town. Four minutes to restaurants and grocery stores. There are chickens, 2 baby gosts, and a rabbit on the property along with cats and a large dog, Jules, who is sure to greet you. The pool will be opened to guests that can swim only as the shallow end is quite deep. Opened when the temperature increases in the summer months. A cold pool is no fun to swim in. The hot tub is open in March to Dec. Contact hosts if plan to use.

We offer a full service guest house, with a private entrance. With attention to every detail and decorated with a fun mid-century modern flair! It has one bedroom, one bath, kitchen with all the amenities (including a stocked coffee station), and living room featuring a smart tv, and satellite. We offer WIFI as well. Should you need to do laundry, we have a brand new washer and dryer for your convenience. The guest house has a private deck which you will enjoy sipping a local wine on and enjoying the beautiful sunset! We also offer an outdoor table with chairs next to the deck for your enjoyment! From booking, to check out we will be available should you have any questions or as needed. Our goal is to make your stay as comfortable as possible. We hope to have the chance to meet/greet each one of our guests while they are staying in the guest house, however if that isn't possible we will have all accommodations ready! We also try and be as flexible as possible, please don't hesitate to ask about early check in, or late checkout if needed. We provide a house binder that contains pertinent information and our "favorites list" for the Central Coast area. Shannon and her husband Reggie live in the main home on the property. The guest house is nestled among many beautiful, mature oak trees in a quaint and quiet neighborhood. It’s centrally located close to downtown Atascadero, with easy access to Highway 101 North/South, and Highway 41 to Morro Bay. Uber Pool on site, for homeowners use, (however ask us in advance about our policy and the possibility of using the pool and or hot tub)

The Little House

This newer home is located in Morro Heights, just blocks from the golf course, bay, Embarcadero and downtown. It is 630 sq. ft. and features one bedroom with a king bed and a queen memory foam sofa bed. There are tv's in the bedroom and living room, a full kitchen, with porcelain flooring throughout, including the heated bathroom floor. There is also an indoor full size washer and dryer. Nice bay views and a relaxing atmosphere with a front porch to enjoy. Vacation Rental Permit # 104038

Pacific Coast Hwy Bunkhouse in San Luis Obispo

Rock Bottom Ranch is conveniently located half way between Los Angeles and San Francisco right off of Pacific Coast Hwy 1. It is an easy 7 minutes to San Luis Obispo's Cal Poly. The most beautiful beaches in Morro Bay area 3 miles away. The location is perfect. You will come through a private gate and nature will surround you with its beauty and serenity. Here you may see the wild turkey showcasing his feathers in his mating ritual or several deer grazing on the grass in the nearby field.

Central Coast Country Retreat

My husband Mike and I are artists. We searched for 10 years to find the perfect spot for our retirement years. We found 7 1/2 acres here, on the Central Coast, with spectacular views of verdant trees covering rolling hills that reach all the way to the distant mountains south and east of Arroyo Grande Village. Come and stay in our Guesthouse, relax, explore the property, walk the quiet country lanes. For a rural setting, we are surprisingly close to all amenities, beaches, and wineries.

Charming backyard cottage, quiet and private

We have a charming backyard cottage available that is walking distance to Baywood, Sweet Springs Preserve, Elfin Forest, and restaurants nearby. The cottage has it's own entrance. The kitchenette is stocked with all the essentials to make a meal. There is a full sized bed in the bedroom and a queen size futon in the living room. The french doors of the bedroom open to a private patio that is shaded by an African conifer. Please note, the cottage is not suitable for kids under 10 years old.

It’s located 1 mile from Baywood Park. 8 miles from Montaña de Oro State Park-ample hiking and walking options against a beautiful backdrop of the Pacific Ocean and Eucalyptus trees. 10 minute drive to Morro Bay, the ocean and you can see seals and otters. 15 minute drive to San Luis Obispo. 25 minute drive to Edna Valley or 45 mins north to Paso Robles vineyards and wine tasting.

Historic 1919 carriage house

The J Birdsall Banker property was developed from 1917 to 1919. The carriage house was constructed in 1919 and converted into housing during the housing shortage of World War 11 We have always referred to it as the honey moon suite because so many couples have lived there over the last 65 years. Couples still sometimes still stop to look and share old memories The carriage house was recently upgraded with all new interiors and is comfortably furnished

Come one, come all to beautiful Morro Bay and enjoy this beach cottage overlooking the back bay;the view is heavenly. Bright, cheery, and clean with plenty of windows overlooking the tides of the back bay and Los Osos. Walking distance to the Embarcadero. Parking. CAL KING size bed within a pullout couch can be set up in the open office area to accommodate 2 more people. This unit is above my other listing, "Marshall's Place", in my two story home.
