Only two houses between us and the ocean beach, our cosy family shack of over thirty-five years is available for others to enjoy. Described by visitors as having a genuine holiday feel - an ideal place to truly feel 'away from it all', but still with all the Mornington Peninsula advantages on its doorstep. Spend days enjoying the secluded ocean beach, just a short walk away up and over the dunes. Kick back, switch off and unwind as you listen to the waves and birdsong in this tranquil setting.

This lovely renovated cottage is only 200m from the pristine shoreline of Safety Beach. Retaining many original features yet smartly adapted for modern living it offers a cozy, relaxing & unique experience. It can sleep up to 7 people (extra fees apply after 2 guests-see Guest Access). It’s well located to walking & cycling tracks, food mart, take away shop, boat ramp and playgrounds. The cool Dromana cafe/bar vibe is only 4 mins drive away. Dogs are allowed but please check strict rules below.

Tucked away on a hillside, beneath some beautiful gum trees, and just 5 minutes from the heart of Mornington and its sandy beaches, you'll find this charming two bedroom Miners Cottage. Wake up in the morning to the sound of kookaburras, relax on the large veranda looking out towards leafy Mount Eliza, watch Foxtel on the large TV, or sit out in the evening around the fire pit with a glass of wine from a local winery. Willow Gum cottage has everything for a unique and tranquil getaway.

This is truly a cottage where holiday memories are made that last a life time. A huge fire pit for cozy coastal nights and family barbecues , (BYO marshmallows). A Haven for Pets Come and stay at our secluded & cosy one bedroom studio, just a short stroll from the shallow, peaceful waves at Tyrone Beach. Head into Rye for a choice of restaurants or keep it local in Blairgowrie for dinner & drinks. Relax in our deep soaking tub and enjoy a glass of wine by the campfire with a BBQ. Pls note: Our tubs jets are non-functioning and so it is not a spa. 15 mins drive from the blissful Peninsula Hot Springs. NO SCHOOLIES!
