Situated near Hunter Valley with its many wineries and the Hunter Gardens, Blackbutt Reserve, Watagan Mountains, Central Coast, Lake Macquarie, and Avondale University (all within a 3 to 40 minute drive). The room is in a separate building at the front of our family home, so you will have your own private entrance. The bed is a comfortable queen size genuine Japanese futon. It is a quiet and private location, with native bushland to the side of and behind the house. We are only 10 minutes from the M1 freeway.

Walk the nature reserve and spot the swooping Owls. No fences so please bring extra-long dog leads. Use the kayaks and standup paddleboards while wondering if there is life on Mars!
