Studio apartment in the basement of our home. It has its own driveway and entrance. The studio apartment locks from the outside and locks from the rest of our basement. It is about 800 sq. ft. Our house is conveniently located to Hickory (10 miles) Morganton (10 miles) Lenoir (15 miles) Table Rock/Lake James (20 miles) Blue Ridge Parkway( 35 miles) Boone (50 miles) Charlotte (50 miles). We also have a 70 acre cattle and sheep farm that you are free to explore. Very quiet and private.

It has since been relocated, renovated, rejuvenated and found its way to the perfect location on our farm. Nestled in the beautiful foothills of the blueridge mountains, this one of a kind getaway is perfect for couples, small families or individuals. You can enjoy your morning coffee or stargaze at night from the rooftop deck, which boasts an amazing view of the South Mountains.
